How It Works
Step 1: Initial Assessment (Week 1)
We start with a video call to discuss:
- Your training history and current fitness level
- Goals (strength, mobility, body composition, performance)
- Available equipment and training space
- Schedule and time availability
- Any injuries or limitations
Step 2: Custom Program Design (Week 1-2)
Based on our discussion, I build your program:
- Exercise selection tailored to your equipment
- Progressive structure with clear goals each week
- Video demonstrations for every movement
- Detailed coaching notes on form and execution
Step 3: Weekly Execution & Feedback (Ongoing)
You train, I coach:
- You submit videos of key exercises (1-2 per week)
- I provide feedback on form, load, and progression
- Weekly check-ins via email or video call
- Program adjustments based on how you’re responding
What You Need
Minimal Setup
You can train with just:
- Resistance bands
- Set of dumbbells (or adjustable dumbbells)
- Pull-up bar or equivalent
Ideal Setup
Better results with:
- Barbell and plates
- Squat rack or power rack
- Bench
- Dumbbells (multiple sets)
- Bands and mobility tools
