What makes Antonio an excellent trainer is his ability to listen to his clients and using that information to focus on his clients needs. He is an outstanding motivator during workouts without being aggressive and he pays attention. When I started with him, he noticed that I would hold my shoulder after shoulder presses and asked me about it. I hadn’t even noticed that I did it until he pointed it out and together we discovered that I had some issues with my shoulder that needed to be addressed. Overall, Antonio’s dedication to his clients and his ability to help and encourage are what make him and exceptional trainer.
